New grade KCP15™ inserts for steel!
Our new KenTIP inserts in PVD-coated grade KCP15 are specially designed for even longer life in steel machining. Other insert grades for KenTIP include KC7320™, an AITIN-based PVD coating for drilling stainless steels, and KC7410™, a multi-layer PVD coating for exceptional wear resistance in cast irons.
The entire KenTIP modular drill system achieves performance commonly seen with solid carbide drills. The patented KenTIP locking system means fast and easy insert changes without removing the drill from the machine. These drills are designed for steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and ductile iron machining.
